The Heart of Spirit Method™ is a grounded, trauma-informed approach to intuitive development and spiritual connection. It blends modern science, nervous system regulation, and heart coherence with ancient intuitive wisdom.

Created by a Masters-prepared Registered Nurse, HeartMath™ Certified Trauma Resilience Practitioner, Executive Leadership coach, and Psychic Medium, this method offers a safe, structured, and protected pathway for awakening intuitive gifts without fear, overwhelm, or bypassing the body.

This is intuition taught through coherence, discernment, and embodied safety.
