Spirit2Spirit is an Equine Inspired Leadership Coaching Center focused on helping individuals and teams achieve success through Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) methods by assisting leaders to develop the solid foundation necessary for building strong successful teams.

One of the unique features of our training is the partnership with horses. Not only do horses require clear and confident leadership in their herds, but they are also masters at demonstrating a collaborative leadership model.

Having the opportunity to experience this in real-time with the horse provides leaders with a unique experience and immediate feedback which can be applied right away to support and empower their teams.
