Learning to Lead Virtual Course

"Learning to Lead- The Fundamentals of Leadership" is a 12-module virtual course.

This training provides the foundational skills and tools needed to be a successful leader in any scenario and any field at all levels of leadership from supervisor to CEO, there is something for everyone in this course! 

• We will cover 4 primary leadership styles, how they can be utilized regardless of the scenario you are in, as well as how we apply these styles to specific examples.  We will also cover key areas of focus such as our perspective, our energy, managing burnout, and more! 
• Included in your purchase is access to our private Facebook group where you will find the links to log in to each weekly class, all reference materials, forums for each topic to go deeper or ask questions, and live chat opportunities.
• At the end of this course you will be prepared with a deeper understanding of your personal leadership style, how to move through each style with ease, how your internal narrative impacts your leadership style, practical application of these skills to help you tackle the toughest personnel, project, and team-based challenges, and how to guide each employee to being a balanced and successful member of the team.
